General Condition

Your personal well being is our primary concern and we strive to do everything we can to make your stay with us as safe and secure as possible. We also ask that you kindly take a moment to familiarize yourself with some of the basic information and procedures regarding safety and security outlined below.


  • Air- conditioning – All rooms are equipped with individual air- conditioning controls.
  • Baggage handling – For baggage and related services, please dial.
  • Breakfast – Served in “Mong Mar Café” from 7a.m. to 11:00 a.m. For In-room Dining, please complete the breakfast order form and hang it outside your door before retiring the night-before.
  • Check-out Time – Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Should you require a later check-out, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Concierge – for general information, enquiries and assistance, you may contact at our reception from 08:00 to 20:00.
  • Credit card – All major of credit card are welcome.
  • Departure Date – Kindly contact Reception, if you wish to change your departure date, please dial.
  • Do Not disturb – Should you wish not to be disturbed, simply switch on the “Do not disturb” sign, located outside your room. If you not wish to receive any telephone call, please dial.
  • Drinking Water – Complimentary bottles of drinking water are provided and these are replenished daily. The tap water is not potable.
  • Electrical Supply – The Resort’s electricity is 220V.
  • Emergency – In case of emergency, please contact the operator by dialing.
  • Facsimile – Stationary is provided in your room. To send a fax, please contact Reception. All faxes addressed to you received by the Resort, will be forwarded to your room immediately.
  • Fire – In case of fire:
  • Activate the fire alarm.
  • Call the Resort Emergency Centre by dialing 001 on any in house phone.
  • Leave the building using an emergency exist.
  • In order to minimize risk, guests are requested not to smoke in the bed or to light any candles. All rooms are equipped with smoke and heat detectors. Please refer to Safety & Security section of this directory.
  • Hairdryer – All guest rooms are equipped with a hairdryer and this is located in the bathroom.
  • Housekeeping – Should you need assistance to make your room comfortable or require extra towels, blankets or pillows, please contact reception or dial.
  • In-room Dining – In-room dining is available from 08:00 am – 20:00 pm. For menu selection, please refer to the In-room Dining section of this directory.
  • Internet Access – Broadband internet access is available from the comfort of your room with Wireless internet access.
  • Ironing Board – Ironing boards and irons are available on request from Housekeeping. Please dial.
  • Key – All guest room doors use of a normal key to open and use key tag to operate electricity system by insert key tag in the box in the room.
  • Laundry – Laundry, pressing and dry-cleaning lists and bags are provided in your room. However, the resort did not provide laundry service but we can deliver your laundry from laundry place. Please contact reception desk.
  • Lost and Found – House keeping provide assistance in tracing lost belongings. Please refer to Safety & Security section of this directory.
  • Mini-Bar – The Mini-Bar is replenished on a daily basis and consumption are charged daily to your account. Please indicate your last day’s consumption upon check-out, to ensure prompt service.
